“What’s up?” He asked.

BlondeInPink “Oh, nothing much, I was just wondering,” she said, pulling a picture out of her pocket. “Is this Tracy?” She asked, pointing to the picture.

“Why, yes it is,” Noah replied.

“I think I remember her on the island. Is this guy Adam?”

“Umm, hmm.”

“Yeah, he was there too. Tracy and I came out. He ordered her to kiss him, then slap him. I was just there to take him over to the other side of the island.”

“So you were one of the elite guards?”

“I guess so. It’s all very foggy. It’s like a nightmare I keep having over and over again. I just want to help you guys put Steve behind bars once and for all. Who knows how many lives he’s messed up?”

“You’re right. Thanks for volunteering to help us.”

“Anything I could do to help.” She commented. Jocelyn came out of the computer room holding a piece of paper in her hand.

“Connie, check this out!” Jocelyn showed Connie the sheet of paper. “Isn’t this incredible. Adam says he gets trapped in some game!”

“Yeah? Well that’s probably made up.” Connie stated.

“Oh no, it’s–” David started.

“Real in the story,” Noah cut in. David looked at him.

“But I thought you said that this was a record of what Adam did.” Jocelyn stated.

“True, but this was after his injury. That and he keeps having these wacko dreams about some girl, who he thinks is Tracy. You never know what he’s going to come up with next.”

“Oh.” Jocelyn stated.

David tapped Noah on the shoulder and whispered, “But it is true.”

“Yeah, but I don’t think Adam would want me to tell everyone we meet. It would become a tourist trap!”

“True, but these girls–”

“Come from all over the place, and when word got out that there was such a game… Do you get the picture?”

“Yep, I see what you mean.”

“Good.” Noah said. They turned back to the girls.

“I still think it’s a cool story. Will I ever get to meet Adam?” Jocelyn asked.

“When he comes back from England you might.” David replied.

“You know, Connie, there’s one thing I don’t quite understand.” Noah started.

“What’s that?” Connie inquired.

“Well, when you were on the island, you’d do whatever they’d tell you. Now you seem pretty much self-willed.”

“I don’t know. I remember very little about the island,” Connie replied.

“Me either. It’s like a bad dream,” Jocelyn responded. “Well… I’m going back to read more of the story. Call me when it’s time for dinner.” She left.

“Connie, would you come with us? We’d like to get a plan of attack ready for our raid tomorrow.”

“Sure.” They all walked into the kitchen and started discussing the best way to proceed. The two swimmers came through the kitchen to go down to the basement. They swam for a while until dinner. Jocelyn finished what I had written and came into the kitchen.
