“Please Kate.”

“All right. I’ll be right over there if you need me.” She said, trying to look the most appealing as she walked back to the counter. She went to the other side, and studied me with a daze. She almost lost a customer. Meanwhile, Amanda had started to try to seduce me as well. She had pulled down the shoulder of her dress, and unbuttoned it half way down.

“Amanda, I think we’d better leave.” I said.

“Yes, let’s go somewhere we can be alone.” She said.

“On second thought, we’d better stay here.” I stated. A mother followed by her kids passed by our table. The mother came over and gave me a kiss, while her toddler came over and drooled on me, giving me her last French Fry. “What did Noah get me into?!” I asked. I excused myself to the bathroom, and tried to wash off the stuff. Unfortunately, it had all ready soaked itself into my skin, and wouldn’t come off. I peered outside the door. Seeing no one, I left the room. A blond coming out of the ladies room came over to me and asked me for my autograph, address, and phone number. I gave her Noah’s phone number, and left. I knew that once I was out of the vicinity the stuff would wear off. “Amanda, come on, we’re leaving.” I said. I forced her to button up, and went out into the car.

Getting inside, she got as close to me as humanly possible, and I said, “Amanda, I must have enough room to drive!”

“Sorry.” She said. I guess that either I don’t have enough control of women, or Noah isn’t as handsome as I am. Well, enough about me, I’ve got to survive long enough to get her home. I drove to her house as fast as I could and arrived there within a few minutes. I left the cold air blowing so she was forced to keep her jacket on; who knows what would have happened if I didn’t. I got out, and she followed. I walked inside the house, hiding in a room, and when she came in, I left. I got in my car and went home. I’m safe, I thought.

I walked into my house, and Karin came to get my coat. “Not you too.”

“Me too, what?”

“Aren’t you going to start being mushy too?”

“Being mushy? How could I even think of being mushy with this cold?”

“Whew! I hope you keep this cold for at least three days.”

“What?”

“Karin, let me level with you, go sit over on the sofa while I get something.” I said, going and getting the remaining vial. I went to the living room and sat down opposite Karin. “Do you see this vial?”

“Yes, so?”

“I would ask you to smell its contents, but first of all you can’t and second, it would make you get all mushy on me.”

“Mushy?!”

“Noah invented a formula that makes any female in a certain distance turn all mushy over the wearer of this stuff. I think it smells like Noah’s socks, but it worked on Laura, so he gave me some.”

“What happened?”

“Well, I decided to take a drop with me, just in case I could sweat talk Amanda into telling me where the gem was. I was taking my jacket off, and I accidentally broke the vial.”

“And it got on you?!!” She said, laughing.

“This is no laughing matter. Not only did Amanda start to drool and try to become more attractive, but every ‘female’ that passed by. Not just women, but a toddler too!”
