The Mystery of the Purloined Palette
Strap on your seat belts as you join Detective Adam Schofield as he journeys through time (or does he) in the quest to recover a stolen palette of Leonardo Da Vinci.
Chapter 1: The Mystery Begins – Meet Adam Schofield, a young guy fresh out of college and his roommate Noah. When Noah tries to hook Adam up with one of his friends, trouble occurs, and Adam witnesses a key piece of evidence that gives him his first case.
Chapter 2: Hostages – Adam follows a lead to a local rental car dealership, but just as he’s getting close, Matt and Noelle take Tricia and Michelle hostage as a ploy to get Adam off the case.
Chapter 3: Where is She? – Michelle is kidnapped, and Adam and Laura go to Matt and Noelle’s house to try and find here. On their way they bump into Patrick Reddish and go through a “game” that has them living imaginary places in order to make it to the end.
Chapter 4: In The Pits – Adam is thrown in a dark pit. Tricia, trying to save him, gets herself captured and Adam ends up reliving his past in an attempt to find Tricia and return to the present.
Chapter 5: The Wedding and After – Adam wakes up and he thinks he’s on the outside, about to attend Noah’s wedding. Except the wedding makes no sense.
Chapter 6: A Call From Noah – Noah sends Adam and Tricia a message to let them know that they’re still in the game and that he’s trying to get in and help them.
Chapter 7: Outside of the Game – Noah recounts how he knew that Adam and Tricia have been replaced by robots in the real world, except that they don’t do a good job impersonating the two.
Chapter 8: Who’s Wedding?!! – Adam wakes up and is faced with his own wedding. He has to grapple with whether to really marry this girl, and then what to do as they are off to their honeymoon via cruise ship. Onboard the ship he meats up with Jenn, who knows him even though he doesn’t know her.
Chapter 9: Hawaii: Land of Volcanoes – Adam and his wife are honeymooning in Hawaii. Jenn, a friend that Adam meets on the ship, is invited to stay with them, and Noah joins them with word on Tricia’s location.
Chapter 10: Flame Broiled or Deep Fried? – Adam, his wife, Marie, Andy and Noah and Jenn find themselves at the top of a volcano while trying to rescue Tricia– until a storm in the present time blows out the game’s power
Chapter 11: The Future: What a Mess! – Adam finds himself transported to the future, and along with seeing all sorts of new technologies he finds that he’s already written a book about the whole case and that he has to team up with a female descendant of his if he’s going to beat the Dastardly Duo.
Chapter 12: The Capture of the Dastardly Duo – In this final chapter, Adam captures the Dastardly Duo, travels back to his home, and finds the Purloined Palette at the bottom of the pond near his home.
